Jericho JV

Classification late in 2018 of Jericho as a new copper discovery prompted the joint venture participants to implement a new project funding model for Jericho related activities, whereby Minotaur’s share of costs shall be borne by OZ Minerals from April 2019.

Windsor Polymetallic JV

The Windsor tenements are located 60km south of Charters Towers in mid north Queensland. Covering 629km² the 7 tenements offer discovery potential for multi-element deposits with similar geochemistry to nearby high-grade VMS style mines, such as Thalanga, Highway-Reward, Waterloo and Liontown.

The Highlands Project straddles a major geological boundary between the Kalkadoon-Leichhardt Domain to the west and the Eastern Domain to the east, separated by the regional-scale Mt Remarkable Fault.

Eloise JV

The Eloise tenements are subject to a farm-in joint venture with OZ Minerals Ltd (ASX: OZL). OZ Minerals is sole funding work programs and Minotaur is manager and operator. OZ Minerals earned 70% interest in the tenements by March 2019.

750km NNW of Adelaide on the NE margin of the Gawler Craton lies the Peake and Denison Inlier, a Paleoproterozoic basement terrane covered by younger sediments. The project area covering 2,547km2 comprises four granted exploration licences owned 100% by Minotaur.
